Personal data provided via the contact form, in particular first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, and the content of the message, are processed solely for the purpose of responding to the submitted inquiry, maintaining correspondence, and taking steps aimed at concluding a contract for legal services or performing such a contract.

Providing the data is voluntary, however, it is necessary in order to respond to the message.

Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e. for the purpose of taking steps prior to entering into a contract or for the performance of a contract, as well as on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the Controller’s legitimate interest consisting in maintaining correspondence and pursuing or defending against potential claims.

Data may be disclosed only to entities providing services to the Controller, in particular the hosting provider and entities providing IT support, solely to the extent necessary to achieve the indicated purposes and on the basis of appropriate agreements.
